You can work from home, no discipline problems. I love being able to help students individually as needed. Colleagues and administration are all helpful and friendly. Too many hours in the evening. WebI have been with FLVS for over 2 years and it is truly a dream job. It may not be for everyone, but I truly enjoy my teammates and working with students online.
