WebFeb 19, 2024 · TBH, Night Storage Heaters sound like a good fit for your mother as she requires heat all day. Anything else you fit and use will be more expensive at this point. I'm including gas central heating in that too because of the install cost and payback period. WebI chose this heater because it has better insulation to keep the heat stored until needed. When heat is required the fan runs and circulates warm air round the room. I've fitted a Salus thermostat to control the fan and it works well. Date of experience: 12 January 2016. Terrible customer services and very insensitive, dragging up all of the pain of losing a parent. It's a damn heater after all.
