Once you add a trailer to a 1/4 oz swim jig it will wind up weighing 1/2 oz (slightly more or less depending on the trailer), so casting it isn't an issue. It mimics a small shad or a small bluegill very well. If you like skipping docks with swim jigs then this guy is your friend.
